Amit Pandya, DDS, FICOI
Dr. Pandya began his quest of providing optimum quality dental care in 1999. When he and his wife Hemina Pandya founded Pandya Dental Care in New Hyde Park, patients immediately fell in love with the comforting family-style dental practice they had developed. Over the years, Dr. Pandya has participated in many continuing education courses to further his knowledge of dentistry. In addition to general dentistry, Pandya Dental Care now offers orthodontic, cosmetic, periodontic, endodontic, and implant procedures.

Perry M. Iacovetti, DDS
Orthodontist
Dr. Perry M. Iacovetti is committed to providing reliable and efficient dental service with a high level of clinical excellence. After receiving a BA in biology in 1997 from NYU College of Arts and Sciences, he graduated from NYU College of Dentistry in 2001. Dr. Perry completed his first residency at a general practice, the New York Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, and then did a second general practice residency at New York Hospital Queens in Flushing, where he was chief resident. Dr. Perry then returned to NYU for specialty training in orthodontics from 2003 to 2005. He continues to remain up-to-date on the most innovative procedures and products in orthodontics.

Sybil Padavathil, DMD
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Sybil grew up in sunny South Florida before she became a Long Island resident. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Florida and immediately moved to the Northeast to start her dental education. She graduated from Boston University Goldman School of Dental Medicine in 2012 and relocated to New York to begin her general dentistry career. After completing her residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn and working for one year as a general dentist, Dr. Sybil decided that her passion was working with children. She then completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at Woodhull Hospital. She believes in approaching each child based on their specific needs and making their dental experience as easy (and fun!) as possible.

Hemina Pandya, BDS
Hemina Pandya received her dental degree in India in 1993 and was a practicing dentist there for 7 years. In 2001, she moved to the United States and founded Pandya Dental Care with Dr. Amit Pandya. Since then, she has been working tirelessly as the office manager to ensure maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction at Pandya Dental Care. Hemina is the backbone of our practice; her expertise and understanding of the field of dentistry is unparalleled.
Merve
I am usually sitting at the reception answering phone calls and greeting anyone who comes into the office. I’m currently a student and planning on studying in the medical field. Working here has taught me many useful skills and gave me the confidence to pursue my goals.
Sheryl
My name is Sheryl and I am a dental assistant. I assist Dr. Pandya with patients which helps me in the future to become a dentist. Working here has given me useful skills for my career.
Abhilash
I’m Abhilash and I'm a dental assistant. I set-up and sterilize instruments. I prepare patients for the treatment and take x-rays. I am a foreign trained dentist and plan to pursue DDS.
Bruno
I’m Bruno, I usually assist Dr. Pandya with patients. I also restock, maintain, and sanitize the instruments. I’m very passionate about helping people and grateful for having the opportunity to work in the health field.
Katherine
People will see me both at the reception helping Mrs. Pandya or the back helping Dr. Pandya and my co-workers. I'm currently a college student planning on being a health economist. I have gained many skills for both my personal and professional life.
