Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 24-Hour Notice Required: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Refunds:
  • If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, your prepayment will be fully refunded or applied to a future visit.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours or miss your appointment, the prepayment is non-refundable.

• Insurance Patients: If your insurance covers the appointment, no prepayment is required. Please call our office directly to book.

• Rescheduling: Appointments rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice can have the prepayment transferred to the new date.

• Emergencies: We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible, and our team will work with you on a case-by-case basis.
